- 80 grams (2.28 ounces) bacon, such as short cut, diced
- 150 grams (5.29 ounces) mushrooms such as button mushrooms, sliced
- 100 grams (3.53 ounces) Chicken thighs or breast cut into small pieces and lightly salted
- 1 ½ teaspoons (2-3 cloves) minced garlic
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice or to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
To Garnish (optional)
- Fresh Green Onions or parsley finely chopped
- Parmesan Cheese grated
