Garlic Stir Fry Noodles

Garlic goodness! These easy to make garlic stir fry noodles are so simple and quick to make.
So, if you're short on time on those busy weeknights or don't feel like doing much cooking, these noodles are just for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 320 grams (11.30 ounces) dried noodles such as dried wheat noodles or dried ramen noodles

For The Sauce

  • 1 ½ teaspoon (2 to 3 cloves) minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sriracha or to taste, optional
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons neutral flavored oil such as vegetable oil
  • 200 grams (7.01 ounces) raw shrimp (prawns), peeled and deveined, cut into small pieces, and lightly salted
  • ¼ cup green onions spring onions, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl combine the minced garlic, fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sriracha (if using), water, and salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning to liking. Slightly over season with salt. Set aside.
  • Cook your noodles according to packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  • In a wok or large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium to high heat. Once hot, add the prawns and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked.
  • Add the noodles and sauce mixture. Coat the noodles evenly through the sauce mixture. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Mix through the green onions and cook for a further 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off heat and serve.

Notes

If you want your sauce to be a bit runnier, add a bit more water and adjust seasoning.
