  • 800 grams (28 ounces) fresh udon noodles
  • 40 grams (1.40 ounces) Green onions (spring onions)
  • 1 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar or to taste, optional
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons neutral flavored oil such as vegetable oil or peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • Cook your noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
