320
grams
(11.30 ounces) fresh or dried noodles
such as egg noodles, spaghetti, or linguine
For The Sauce
¼
cup
butter
1 ½
teaspoons
2-3 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper
to taste
½
cup
(60 grams, 2.12 ounces) parmesan cheese,
finely grated
To Garnish (optional)
Parmesan Cheese
grated
Fresh parsely
finely chopped
Instructions
Cook your fresh noodles according to packet instructions. When they are cooked, strain the noodles. Set aside.
In a small saucepan heat butter over medium to low heat. Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute. You do not want the garlic to brown.
When the butter has melted, turn off the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Evenly mix through the cooked noodles and grated parmesan. Serve as is, or garnish with fresh parsley and extra grated parmesan cheese.
Notes
If you want your noodles to have a bit more sauce, add a bit of water (or milk) and adjust seasoning to taste.
