Ingredients

  • 320 grams (11.30 ounces) fresh or dried noodles such as egg noodles, spaghetti, or linguine

For The Sauce

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup (60 grams, 2.12 ounces) parmesan cheese, finely grated

To Garnish (optional)

  • Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Fresh parsely finely chopped

Instructions

  • Cook your fresh noodles according to packet instructions. When they are cooked, strain the noodles. Set aside.
  • In a small saucepan heat butter over medium to low heat. Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute. You do not want the garlic to brown.
  • When the butter has melted, turn off the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Evenly mix through the cooked noodles and grated parmesan. Serve as is, or garnish with fresh parsley and extra grated parmesan cheese.

Notes

If you want your noodles to have a bit more sauce, add a bit of water (or milk) and adjust seasoning to taste.
