(11.30 ounces) dried noodles
such as fettuccine, spaghetti, or ramen
For The Sauce

tablespoons
(30 grams, 1.06 ounces) butter
1 ½
teaspoons
(2-3 cloves) minced garlic

(7.01 ounces) raw shrimp (prawns)
peeled and deveined

oyster sauce

soy sauce

Lightly toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
Prepare your noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.
If using large shrimp, cut into smaller pieces. Lightly salt your shrimp. Set aside.
Heat butter in a medium sized saucepan and add the minced garlic and shrimp once hot. Cook until the shrimp has turned pink in color and is cooked.
Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, water, green onions, and salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasonings as desired.
Mix through the cooked and drained noodles. Coat evenly in the sauce. See note 1.
remove from heat. Serve.
Notes
If you find your sauce is a bit thick, you can add a bit of water and mix it through to thin out the sauce.
