1teaspoonminced garlic
1teaspoonminced ginger
¼cup(20 grams, 0.71 ounces) Green onions (spring onions) finely chopped, to garnish
Lightly toasted sesame seedsto garnish
Instructions
Cook your noodles according to packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
In a small bowl mix the light soy sauce, honey (optional), brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and salt to taste. You want your sauce to be slightly salty. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large wok or pan. Once hot, add the minced garlic and minced ginger. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes. You don’t want the garlic or ginger to burn.
Add the cooked and drained noodles and sauce to the wok or pan. Stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off heat. Taste for seasoning, and adjust if needed.
Serve, garnished with chopped green onions and lightly toasted sesame seeds.
