Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup (60 grams, 2.12 ounces) butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan heat butter over medium to low heat. Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute. You do not want the garlic to brown.
  • Once butter has melted, turn off heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
