(60 grams, 2.12 ounces) butter

2-3 cloves minced garlic
Salt

Instructions
In a small saucepan heat butter over medium to low heat. Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute. You do not want the garlic to brown.
Once butter has melted, turn off heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
