Hot garlic noodles are a delightful comfort food, perfect for cozy nights in or as a flavorful addition to any meal.

These noodles start by cooking dried noodles, such as ramen, until they reach the ideal texture – firm yet tender.

Then, a symphony of flavors comes together to create a sauce that takes the dish to new heights.

At the heart of the sauce lies garlic, its aromatic essence infusing every strand of noodle with a comforting warmth.

Butter joins the mix, melting into the garlic to create a luxurious base that adds richness and depth to the dish.

But it's the fish sauce that truly sets these noodles apart, adding a savory umami flavor that adds to every bite.

For those who love a bit of heat, sriracha delivers a spicy punch that pleases the taste buds without overpowering the dish.

The addition of Parmesan cheese adds a sharp, nutty flavor that perfectly balances the heat from the sriracha, creating a harmonious blend of tastes and textures.

Finally, fresh green onions sprinkled on top provide a pop of color and a hint of freshness.

Whether served as a comforting meal on its own or as a side dish to accompany your favorite protein, these hot garlic noodles are sure to impress.

With their bold flavors and satisfying warmth, they're the perfect choice for any occasion when you're craving a delicious and easy-to-make dish.
