Ingredients
¼cup60 grams, 2.12 ounces butter
1 ½teaspoons2-3 cloves minced garlic
1tablespoonlemon juiceor to taste
½teaspoonlemon zest
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat butter over low to medium heat in a small saucepan. Once melted, add the minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute. Be careful not to burn your garlic.
Turn off heat, and mix through the lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to taste.
